Dr. Harold W. Thomas

David was a fine NCO and Technician, did a great job in Avionics, was highly regarded by all the troops and NCO's.  It really breaks my heart to find that he has passed.  Thanks David for all you did for 610 Avionics, the Air Force and USA.

Memory to David Garwood: I first met David at Yokota Japan.  He and I were in the same shop, Doppler, but we were never on the same shift. I believe we were there for the same length of time.  He was a great person on the repair bench.  Our families spent quite a bit of time together.  I believe he made Master Sgt while in Japan.  That means he outranked me but he was still a good fellow to know.  I remember him as always the one person who always came to work in a spic and span work uniform with usually always spit-shined boots on.  I remember him as a quiet person, but very sincere in his work ethic.  God bless you, David.  Thank you for all your dedication to the U.S.A. and to the U.S. Air Force!!!!  Peter.
