Total inclusive package for 3 nights and banquet meals Thur. & Sat.:

     Single Occupancy:  $428.75
     Double Occupancy: $496.75

     ROOM RATE (Rate also applies 3 days pre and post reunion)
          Single or double occupancy $120.25 per night inclusive.

          Additional room charges for 3 or more per room per night.  

     BANQUET MEALS (Inclusive per person)
          Thursday $34.00
          Satursday $34.00
Children under 10 will get a discounted meal for approximately $25.23.
 
Reservations MUST be made before 5:00 CST 03-Aug-2017 to be guaranteed room rates. Cancellations MUST be done 2 days prior to arrival. Meal cost will be collected at our 610 registration desk on Thursday, Aug. 24th,  between 12:00 - 4:00 PM. If you're not staying at the hotel but plan to dine with us you MUST let us know 20 days ahead of time and pay for your meals the same as above.
 
AMMENITIES:
Discount valet parking: $7.00 + tax, normally $28, per car per night with in and out privileges
 
Complimentery in guest room: Wi-Fi, coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer, safe and refrigerators are available upon request at time of reservation or apon arrival if available
 

SPECIAL NOTES:

Hotel is a smoke free hotel and will post a $200 cleaning fee to the account of any guests who smoke in their guest room.

Porterage charge: $12 in and $12 out per person (plus all applicable taxes) will be assessed for your arrivals or departures to/from Hotel’s facility, at the time of check-in or departure, requiring luggage handling or requiring any form of transportation to/from convention center lobby.

We encourage you to ask family and friends to attend our reunions. Many of them hear about our reunions but don't really realize why they're so important to us. In many cases they may have never had the oppertunity to experience the camaraderie we have and will leave with a better understanding of our friendship. Some have in the past and want to return again in the future.
