Reservations MUST be made before June 26, 2016 to be guaranteed room rates. Cancellations MUST be done before July 25, 2016. One room night will be charged to credit card when reservation is made. Meal cost will be collected at our 610 registration desk on Tuesday between 12:00 - 4:00 PM. If you're not staying at the hotel but plan to dine with us you MUST let us know 30 days ahead of time and pay for your meals the same as above.

If you think you might attend the reunion go to your profile and select "Edit Profile" and scroll down and check the box indicating such. Be sure to scroll all the way down after to save your answer. If you find out later that you can't simply uncheck the box. Checking the box is very important because it will keep us up to date on how many will be attending and what kind of plans we can make for our members.

We encourage you to ask family and friends to attend our reunions. Many of them hear about our reunions but don't really realize why they're so important to us. In many cases they may have never had the opertunity to experience the camaraderie we have and will leave with a better understanding of our friendship. Some have in the past and want to return again in the future.
