For reservations call (800) 678-2846. With the automated phone system press 4, 2 and then 3 at which time a real live person will answer for Boulder Station. Use reservation ID BCIMASS or identify yourselve as attendee of the 610 Mass 2010 Meeting. Reservations must be made by July 10, 2010 to get guarenteed room rates.
Fill out the reunion form at the bottom of this page "AFTER" you've made your reservations. It contains information that can be checked against the hotel room listing Mitch receives which will allow him to catch any mistakes before they become a problem for you at check-in.

The hotel doesn't furnish airport transportation. For a nominal fee you can get a cab to the hotel which is just a few minutes away.

I would like to encourage you to ask family and friends to attend our reunions. Many of them hear about our reunions but don't really realize why they're so important to us. In many cases they have never had the opportunity to experience the camaraderie we have and will leave with a better understanding of our friendship. Some have in the past and want to return again in the future. Think about it.
For those of you who are interested in golf, we now have someone, Don Furbee, who has agreed to make arrangements for golfers. I'm not a golfer so the only thing I know about golf is the word "FORE."
Below is the current prices for the Nellis AFB Golf Course which Don is trying to get for us. Tee times won't be available until shortly before the reunion. Bring proof that you were in the military and you should be able to get a discount. All prices below are subject to change.
