I was saddened to learn of Bill Klebes passing last July 2018. I knew him as Charlie during my 1970-71 tour as NCOIC of the Doppler-Computer Shop. Coming out of TAC, I knew nothing of the avionics on the C-141. He was instrumental in keeping my head above water while I learned these systems. Bill was one of the best technicians I ever encountered in my 20 year career. Not surprised that he became an engineer for Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems. He was very well liked by all who knew him. My condolences to his family & friends.
