ROOM RATE (Rate also applies 3 days pre and post-reunion)
Single or double occupancy is charged at 12% tax and $2 TPA

Children 3-10 are 1/2 price if needed there is vegan and diabetic meals;
Reservations MUST be made by 12:01 MDT August 17, 2022 be guaranteed room rates.
Cancellations MUST be done before 4:00 pm one day prior to check-in without a cancellation charge by the hotel.
MEAL COST WILL BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO THE REUNION.

Send a check made out to 610 MASS for the meals right after you fill out your registration form on this website.
All checks must be received by vern no later than August 19, 2022
Any member canceling their meal request prior to September 1, 2022 will get a full refund for meals IF cancellation notice is sent to vern610mass@gmail.com before that date.
Send a check made out to 610 MASS for the meals, the meals are a choice of 2 meals on wed which are Roasted baby red potatoes, green beans and asaragus or brocolli. on fri there is choice of fillet of salmon or beef roulade. The meals have artisan bread and cheese plus a caesar salad. And you can order vegan or diabetic meals also but i need to know.

Fitness center and sauna are closed, the swimming pool and hot tub should be open.
We encourage you to ask family and friends to attend our reunions. Many of them hear about our reunions but don't really realize why they're so important to us. In many cases, they may have never had the opportunity to experience the camaraderie we have and will leave with a better understanding of our friendship. Some have in the past and want to return again in the future.
